False Water Table the problem?

A false water table can be the reason that your crawl space keeps getting water in it no matter how waterproofed the foundation is. Water will come up above the surface in the crawl space. High moisture in your crawl space is the dominating factor when it comes to odor, structure rot, wood borning insects and mold problems. High moisture causes condensation on ducts, all surfaces and even causes the insulation in the floor joists to fall out.
